To reschedule or cancel, click “reschedule/cancel” in your confirmation email. Please provide more than 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Cancellations or reschedules made under 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee, and appointments cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 100% fee. All links to change appointments will be frozen if the time remaining before your appointment is less than 24 hours, and you will need to contact us directly by email.

No-shows are charged the full appointment price.
